Richard Bollinger, Founder and CEO
The founder is a retired management consultant. Recent events in the medical device industry have complicated his retirement and caused him to take a new trajectory and try to fix things. The Menlo Park Software mission is to help safety-critical project managers and their teams. Specifically, to reduce chances of recalls and simplify compliance with FDA, ISO and other regulations.
As an IT project manager, the founder worked for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Also in the automotive, aerospace, DOD, and other industries.
For a number of years supervised all American Red Cross First Responder volunteers delivering emergency care at University of Michigan football games.

In 2012 the founder, while working and traveling, found time to write a business plan for solving a similar problem (Winning $1,000 for his New Business Idea in the Phase I GLEQ [MiQuest] Business Plan Competition, Third Place).
Recent events have made it clear that new and urgent problems are at hand. Now the founder could use your help. The problem needs to be characterized in a way that can suggest a solution. A solution needs to be defined that works for the most people using today's technology. That means many voices need to be heard.
